SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES CAN VARY DEPENDING ON THE CURRENT WORKLOAD AND TURNAROUND TIME. THIS MAY CHANGE OFTEN DEPENDING ON THE CURRENT WORKLOAD/OPEN ORDERS. THE CURRENT PROCESSING + TURNAROUND TIMES ARE LISTED WITHIN EACH READY TO SHIP DROP UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. THIS MUST BE CHECKED AND AGREED UPON PRIOR TO COLLECTING PAYMENT. THIS STATES THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND HAVE AGREED TO THE CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME AS ADVIRTISED AND DISPLAYED IN THE INSTANCE YOUR ITEMS ARE A CUSTOM AND/OR MADE TO ORDER.
SHOULD YOUR PACKAGE GO MISSING (DEAD MAIL), OR ARRIVE DAMAGED PLEASE CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY.
ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE AND ENCOURAGED FOR ALL CUSTOMERS TO PURCHASE AT CHECKOUT.
FOR A SMALL FEE THE CUSTOMER(AND MYSELF) IT IS HIGHLY RECOMENDED FOR PURCHASE, AS DIRTGLITZ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
SHOULD YOUR PACKAGE GO MISSING, OR ARRIVE DAMAGED YOU CAN FILE A CLAIM WITH ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE AND/OR YOUR LOCAL USPS OFFICE.
PLEASE NOTE, USPS AND ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE ARE TWO SEPERATE INTITIES AND ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS LEFT MY HANDS I DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OF ITS WHEREABOUTS.
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING AND CONFIRMING THE CORRECT ADDRESS PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. IF A WRONG ADDRESS IS PROVIDED, SHIPPED, AND ITEM IS THEN RETURNED TO DIRTGLITZ THE CUSTOMER IS NOW RESPONSIBLE FOR A RESHIPPING FEE AND THE ORDER IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND/CANCELATION.
